Ultraluxe Cape Stout estate debuts at Moskito Island the British Virgin Islands

The ultraluxe all-inclusive resort Moskito Island Estates in the British Virgin Islands has debuted the Cape Stout estate.

The six-building, seven-suite estate sits on three acres, sleeps 14 and has four pools and three Jacuzzis, including a canal-style pool that runs throughout the ground floor and exterior of the property. The main pool fans out to infinity edges on both the north and west sides, while a network of terraces offer views to the adjacent cliffs below.

Across the estate, handmade porcelain tiles from Smoke and Fire grace the HQ bar bathroom, while hand-painted terracotta lines the HQ kitchen backsplash.

Cape Stout’s Clifftop suites feature a mosaic-tiled indoor shower and terra cotta tiles in the outdoor shower, while the Salt and Sand suites’ outdoor showers feature glass art designed by architects and interior designers and crafted by Peter Houk.

Wood sculptures are also displayed throughout, with artwork carved in Bali on display in the Cliffside suites and the HQ bar. At the center of the HQ is a hand-crafted communal dining table for up to 20 guests, or as three separate tables.
