New vegan dishes now on the menu at Club Med Punta Cana

Club Med Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic has added new plant-based dishes as part of a collaboration with Chloe Coscarelli, a famed vegan chef and author of four cookbooks.

The 10 dishes, served exclusively at Club Med Punta Cana’s main restaurant, Hispaniola, include crispy orange tofu, pasta alla vodka with pine nut ricotta and spicy cashew kelp noodles. The collaboration between Club Med and Coscarelli, who personally trained the Punta Cana culinary team on vegan cooking techniques, started in 2022 when the resort launched vegan dishes at its North American properties under her tutelage. Club Med plans to introduce Coscarelli’s latest dishes at other properties, as well.

The vegan offerings are part of Club Med’s Wellness Fusion program, which combines nutritious dining options, spa experiences, sports activities and yoga and meditation.

Last year, Club Med Punta Cana renovated the Hispaniola restaurant, which serves global and international cuisine.
