Hilton has launched an invitation-only program designed for top-producing travel advisors who book the company’s luxury brands –Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Conrad, NoMad and Signia.
The program, called Hilton for Luxury, replaces Hilton’s Impresario platform.
Central to the program is a concierge desk developed in response to input from advisors, who also get access to exclusive offers, direct contact with on-property team members, bookings that earn double Hilton Honors Points, complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades and early check-in or late checkout, based on availability.
Each participating property has appointed a Hilton for Luxury Ambassador, which Hilton said will help “ensure that program features and benefits are fulfilled.”
Hilton’s luxury portfolio has 100-plus hotels and resorts worldwide.
