Ghanaian forward Daniel Kofi-Kyereh scores in St Pauli’s thrilling win over FC Heidenheim

German-born Ghanaian forward Daniel Kofi-Kyereh was on target for St Pauli as they beat FC Heidenheim in a seven-goal thriller on Sunday.

Kofi-Kyereh netted his side’s second on 30 minutes as the visitors won 4-3 in Sunday’s Bundesliga II game.

Guido Burgstaller gave St. Pauli an early lead just three minutes into the game, but it was canceled by Heidenheim’s Tim Kleindienst in the 15th minute.

The 24-year-old Ghanaian then shot the Pirates into the lead.

But the home side leveled three minutes after the break through Christian Kuehlwetter.

In a thrilling final twenty minutes, Finn Becker handed St Pauli the lead again before Tim Kleindienst leveled to complete his brace.

With just three minutes left, Rodrigo Zalazar then smashed the winner for the visitors.

Daniel Kofi-Kyereh has netted five times in 19 games this season.
